🗓️ AI Scheduler – The Assistant That Clears Your Calendar Fog
Visit
As someone who takes a lot of photos — for work, for life, for inspiration — my albums are a black hole of “IMG_20230417” files. Every time I needed to find something, it was endless scrolling and guessing. That changed fast with this one tool.
Discovered an AI-powered daily planner meets assistant — an all-in-one scheduling tool that handles task prioritization, conflict resolution, meeting summaries, and on-demand research via simple chat commands.
/ Smart auto-scheduling & reminders
Smart auto-scheduling & reminders – Just tell it your tasks (urgent vs. routine vs. meetings), and it’ll prioritize, schedule, and adjust conflicts for you. No more mental Tetris.
/ Real-time meeting summary
It "listens" during calls and auto-generates key takeaways and next steps. You leave the meeting with follow-ups, not half-baked notes.
/ On-demand research & doc drafting
Ask it to dig into a topic or summarize updates, and it’ll generate a clean doc, saving you 10+ browser tabs and a few headaches.
🤔 My Take / POV
Using it made my workday feel lighter. Instead of spiraling into planning anxiety, I just chat with the AI assistant once and let it organize, update, and even prep my follow-up docs. It’s like having a calm, focused Chief of Staff—minus the Slack pings.
💡 What I Wish It Had
Would love to see cross-app sync with Figma, Notion, and Jira — imagine being able to say “block 2 hours after my 10AM review for wireframe cleanup” and have it align directly with design milestones. That would take it from helpful to indispensable.
